  • Normal business hours (9-5) emergency Oracle database support.
  • Constant monitoring and resolution of “normal day” database issues.
  • Initial Oracle database installation and configuration.
  • Oracle upgrade installation.
  • One hour of dedicated DBA support work per month.
  • Routine backup and recovery.

Cost: $800 per month for each database instance, minimum 12-month service contract required.
